Racing4Peace.com (the "Site") is being operated by a non profit organization which promotes peace between Israelis and Palestinians. The Organization recognizes the confidentiality of information that may be disclosed by members during the process of purchasing and we are committed to protect your privacy. The following provisions disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is operated for the purpose of raising money in the amount of US $100,000 (the "Amount") in order to enable the participation of Aric Lapter and Rasheed Nashashibi at the 2009 British Formula Vee championship, which will take place between March to October 2009. The amount will be raised by selling advertisement spaces on the hood of the vehicle (the "Vehicle") to be used by Aric and Rasheed.

2. Gathering of Information

In order to complete the purchase process you will you will be asked to provide us with identification information which includes, among others, credit card information, name, and email address (the "Personal Information"). The Personal Information will be stored at the data base of the Organization. You are not legally required to provide the Personal Information, however unless provided you will not be able to complete the purchase process.

3. Use of Information

The Organization uses information in order to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services and to contact you.

4. Disclosure of Information

The Organization does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested or approved, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

4.1  We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

4.2  We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Organization's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

4.3  We transfer information about you if the Organization is acquired by or merged with another company.

5. Purchases From Advertisers or Other Linked Sites

If you click away from the Site to visit the site of any third party advertiser or sponsor, you may be asked for your credit card or other personal information in order to purchase or use products and services offered. These companies have their own privacy and data collection practices. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Site.
